Question: When and how will I be debited?

Answer:

On the first of each calendar month, we will invoice you for the successfully sent letters from the previous month. You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail immediately after invoicing. In addition, you will always find the invoice in the invoice archive in the customer area for download.

You pay your invoice with the credit you have previously loaded.

Alternatively, we offer the direct debit procedure for authorities or existing customers on request. In this case, we will then debit the amount due within a few days via electronic direct debit from the account you specified when you registered.
